Before mass production, the standard mailer box we ship to our customers — the brown corrugated box that carries a single retail unit — was drop-tested by an independent third-party laboratory. The package was rated PASS with no noticeable damage after 10 drops from a height of 30 inches (762 mm), following the standard ISTA 1A sequence of one corner, three edges and six faces. The unit tested was a functional production device in its retail kit, not an empty or dummy sample, and the mailer box was built to the same design and specification as mass production. The report is available under NDA.
