What is the difference between your Sapphire and standard IPL models?

Our Sapphire series features advanced sapphire crystal cooling technology that maintains skin contact temperature at a comfortable level during treatment. This allows for higher energy output with less discomfort compared to standard IPL devices, resulting in more effective treatments with better user experience.

Are your IPL devices safe for all skin tones?

Our devices feature built-in skin tone sensors that automatically adjust energy levels based on the user's skin tone. Most models are suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I-V. We recommend consulting the specific product documentation for exact compatibility ranges.

What certifications do your products have?

Our products are FDA cleared, CE certified, and comply with international safety standards including IEC 60335-2-27. We also maintain ISO 13485 quality management system certification for medical device manufacturing.

OEM/ODM Services

What is the difference between OEM and ODM services?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we manufacture products based on your exact design specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we provide both design and manufacturing - you can select from our existing designs and customize them with your branding. Both options offer full customization of packaging, colors, and features.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units for most products. However, we offer flexible arrangements for startups and new brands, with sample orders available starting from just 1 unit. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.

Can you customize the device design and features?

Absolutely. We offer full customization including industrial design, color schemes, logo printing, custom packaging, firmware modifications, app integration, and feature customization such as energy levels, flash modes, and cooling systems. Our R&D team works closely with you to bring your vision to life.

How long does the OEM/ODM process take from concept to delivery?

Typical timelines range from 8-16 weeks depending on the level of customization. Simple branding projects (logo and packaging) take 4-6 weeks. Full custom design projects with new tooling can take 12-16 weeks. We provide detailed project timelines during the initial consultation.

How do I place a sample order?

You can request samples through our Contact page or by emailing service@ishineco.com. We offer free sample shipping for qualified business inquiries. Sample orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal for sample orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. We can discuss flexible payment terms for established partnerships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 20 countries. We handle all export documentation and can arrange shipping via sea freight, air freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on order size and urgency. Door-to-door delivery is available.

What is the typical production lead time for bulk orders?

Standard production lead time is 3-4 weeks for orders of 500-2000 units. Larger orders of 5000+ units typically require 4-6 weeks. Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects at additional cost.

What warranty do you offer?

We provide a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available. Our after-sales team provides technical support and replacement parts throughout the warranty period.
