Efficient and safe power supply systems for IPL devices
At iShine, we understand that the quality of each component determines the performance of the entire IPL device. From lamp cartridges to cooling systems, each part is carefully engineered and rigorously tested to meet international standards.
A home-use IPL device is built from several core subsystems that directly affect safety, comfort, and performance. The flash source is typically a xenon lamp cartridge, engineered for stable output and high flash counts (commonly 500,000-999,000 flashes depending on platform). Optical filters shape the emitted spectrum by blocking unwanted wavelengths (including UV) and selecting bands suited to hair-reduction positioning, with common cut-on options such as 550 nm or 570 nm in supported configurations. A cooling system manages skin-contact comfort and heat load; options include sapphire ice plates and semiconductor (TEC) cooling designs used in premium builds, with some designs targeting skin-contact temperatures around ~10°C. The power supply provides consistent voltage delivery and protects the device through electrical design choices such as insulation, grounding, and thermal safeguards, typically supporting global input ranges like 100-240V AC for international launches. For private-label programs, these components are selected as a matched platform so the final device can meet target-market requirements, maintain consistent batch performance, and support documentation and verification during scale production.
Lamp cartridges are the core of IPL devices, determining energy output quality and device lifespan. Our high-performance lamps use advanced xenon technology to provide stable light energy output and extended lifespan, ensuring consistency and effectiveness for each treatment.
Optical filters play a crucial role in filtering harmful wavelengths and ensuring safe treatments. Our precision filter technology can precisely control spectral output, protecting skin from UV damage while maximizing treatment effectiveness.
Cooling systems are essential for user comfort and skin protection. Our advanced cooling technologies, including sapphire contact cooling and semiconductor refrigeration, reduce discomfort during treatment while protecting skin from thermal damage.
Reliable power supply is the foundation of IPL device safety and performance. Our power systems comply with global standards, providing stable energy output and adapting to different countries and regions.
